Comsol Multiphysics 4.3 is a simulation software based on electromagnetic simulation used for scientific research by engineers, scientist for electronic packaging design prototyping and viewing the designed product before manufacturing. The multiphysics environment allows product designers, engineers and researchers to create 3D model, design board, pcb prototype and view the electronics/ electrical parts, mechanical parts, chemical and fluids and it also provides interfacing and import/ export to other CAD and EDA software.
